- 02 Made in the atelier Handmade for you in our Grand Bazaar atelier in 3–4 business days. In-stock pieces ship the same day.
- 03 Shipped When your parcel is on its way you get an email with the tracking link.
- 04 Delivered Your piece is at your door. Enjoy it.

When will my order ship?
Made-to-order pieces are prepared and shipped in 3–4 business days. In-stock pieces ship the same day.
Where is my tracking number?
Once your order ships, the tracking number is added to your order status page and linked in your shipping email.
My tracking isn't updating. What should I do?
Tracking starts updating after the carrier first scans the parcel, which can take a few hours. If it doesn't change for a long time, write to us and we'll check together.
Can I change my address?
Before your order ships, write to us from the contact page with your order number and we'll update it if we can.
